2023 Update: Cannabis Reform Medical & Adult Use What to Expect in Maryland on July 1, 2023
Cannabis Reform Act: Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) transitions to become the new Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA)
UPDATE: The MMCC will be requiring all patients to have MMCC-issued ID cards to purchase cannabis in 2019. New patients that register after January 1, 2019 will be required to purchase their cards at registration; existing patients will be required to have their cards no later than April 1, 2019.
